Priority Use for National Projects
(Domestic only)
Twice a year (March and September)

Effective for one beamtime period (half a year). These open-access projects receive priority access to J-PARC facilities after an evaluation of experimental necessity, technical feasibility, and safety aspects. This applies to projects that have already been selected through competitive review processes for national projects or other research funding. Only projects supported by domestic competitive funding are eligible.
