The CROSS Neutron Science and Technology Center began operations in 2011 as a Registered Institution for neutron utilization at the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) of J-PARC, and has since played a vital role in supporting and promoting its use.
In April 2023, the Neutron Industrial Utilization Center, —responsible for the Ibaraki Prefecture Beamline— also commenced its activities.
With CROSS Reports, we aim not only to enhance internal motivation by sparking curiosity and ambition among our staff, but also to actively share our efforts with the wider community.
CROSS Reports features a wide range of content, including:
research papers, technical reports, development project reports, data collections, computational codes, manuals, test reports, project completion summaries, research evaluation reports, annual activity reports, and survey results.
To lower the barriers to submission, the main text may be written in either Japanese or English.
However, all reports include titles, abstracts, and keywords in both Japanese and English. Each report is also assigned a DOI, ensuring accessibility both within Japan and internationally.
We appreciate your interest and support as we continue to grow this original and distinctive collection of CROSS publications.
