Announcement of the J-PARC MLF User Program for 2013A

J-PARC Center and CROSS-Tokai are pleased to announce the Call for Proposals to use the neutron and muon beamlines at the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility of J-PARC in the 2013A operations period. During this cycle, the proton beam power is expected to be 300 kW.

2013A Operations Period:
April 2013 – July 2013[See Schedule]

Researchers wishing to conduct experiments at any of the MLF neutron or muon beamlines during 2013A should submit proposals via the web-based J-PARC Proposal Submission System .

Submission Deadline:
17:00 (JST) Wednesday the 7th of November 2012

What’s new this round?

In this round, CROSS-Tokai is welcoming for the first time Complementary Use applications that propose to use the Public Beamlines at both J-PARC MLF and SPring-8 in a single research project.
