Activities of the Neutron R&D Division
The Neutron R&D Division consists of the BL01, BL02, BL11, BL15, BL17, BL18, BL22 Groups, the Experimental Engineering Group, and the Computational Engineering Group. The nine groups provide support for the use of the public beamlines at the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF), the experimental preparation rooms (Lab I, II, III) at CROSS, and other facilities.
In addition, the division aims to contribute to the advancement of science and technology by conducting research and development, including the advancement of experimental equipment and measurement technology, and leading research. These activities are carried out through collaboration among MLF teams, Science & Technology (SciTech) groups, and others, as well as through collaboration and exchange with the user community, domestic and international research institutions, and researchers. The division will work to further enhance R&D capabilities by strengthening these partnerships and expanding exchanges.
